We want to remind you of two important dates to remember for tax returns.

Monday, March 17th, 2025

The following returns are due:

• Partnerships (Form 1065)

  
  

• S-Corporations (Form 1120-S)

Tuesday, April 15th, 2025

The following returns are due:

• Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040): This includes Form 1040, U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, and Form 1040-SR, U.S. Tax Return for Seniors.

  
  

• Trust / Fiduciary Returns (Form 1041)

  
  

• C-Corporation Tax Returns (Form 1120)

  
  

• Estimated Tax Payments: The first quarterly estimated tax payment for 2025 is due on this date.
